3.4 A booking is not confirmed until we have accepted it and agreed a date and approximate arrival time window with you. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
3.5 You are responsible for ensuring that either you or an authorised representative is present at the premises at the agreed time to grant access and confirm which items are to be removed.
4.1 Quotations are usually based on the volume, weight, and type of waste, as well as access conditions and the time required to complete the service.

4.4 All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and may be subject to applicable taxes where required by law.
5.1 Payment is due in full upon completion of the service, unless we have agreed alternative payment terms in writing in advance.
5.2 We may accept various forms of payment, which can include cash, card payments, bank transfer, or other methods notified to you at the time of booking or on completion. Certain payment methods may be unavailable at specific times.
5.3 Where services are provided to a business client, we may agree invoicing terms. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date.
5.4 We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments at the statutory rate permitted under UK law. You may also be liable for reasonable costs incurred by us in pursuing late or non-payment.
5.5 Title to any collected waste transfers to us only upon full payment of the agreed charges. Until payment is received, we retain the right, subject to applicable regulations, to recover costs relating to the collection and disposal of that waste.

6.4 If our team arrives on site at the agreed time and is unable to gain access, or if you are not present and we are unable to contact you, this may be treated as a late cancellation. In such circumstances, a call-out or cancellation fee may be charged.
6.5 We may cancel or reschedule a booking if:

b. Access to the premises is unsafe or impossible.
c. We consider that the waste includes prohibited or hazardous materials that we are not licensed or equipped to handle.
d. You have supplied inaccurate or incomplete information materially affecting our ability to perform the service.

7.4 You must ensure that the waste presented for collection complies with applicable waste regulations and with these Terms and Conditions, and that no prohibited materials are included without prior written agreement.

10.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
10.2 Subject to clause 10.1, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill.
10.3 Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees paid or payable by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11.1 If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, you should notify us as soon as possible, providing full details of the issue.
11.2 We will investigate any complaint in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Where appropriate, we may offer to rectify the issue or provide a partial refund or discount as a gesture of goodwill, at our discretion.
11.3 Lodging a complaint does not entitle you to withhold payment for services that have been properly delivered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
12.1 We may collect and process personal data about you in order to manage bookings, provide services, issue invoices, and communicate with you.
12.2 We will handle your personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws and use it only for legitimate business purposes related to the provision of our services, administration, and legal compliance.
12.3 We may retain your information for a reasonable period for accounting, legal, or operational reasons. You may request details of the personal data we hold about you, subject to applicable legislation.
13.1 We shall not be in breach of these Terms and Conditions nor liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of our obligations where such delay or failure results from events, circumstances, or causes beyond our reasonable control.
13.2 Such events may include, without limitation, severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, accidents, strikes or industrial disputes, civil commotion, acts of terrorism, or breakdown of vehicles not reasonably foreseeable.
13.3 If a force majeure event prevents us from performing the services for a continuous period of more than 14 days, either party may terminate the affected booking without liability, save for payment of any services already provided.

14.2 Any changes that materially affect your rights will, where practicable, be communicated or made available for your review before you enter into a new contract for services.
15.1 If any provision or part-provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision shall, to the extent required, be deemed to be deleted, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
